What I Do

I design products that people actually want to use. My work spans across trust & safety systems, marketplace experiences, and AI-powered features. I believe great design happens when you deeply understand user problems and craft solutions that feel obvious in hindsight.

Design Philosophy

  • User-centered: Every design decision starts with understanding user needs
  • Data-informed: Combine qualitative insights with quantitative validation
  • Collaborative: Best products emerge from diverse team perspectives
  • Iterative: Embrace feedback loops and continuous improvement

Current Focus

Working on marketplace trust and safety at mobile.de, designing features that help millions of car buyers and sellers transact safely and confidently. My recent work includes AI-powered review summaries, fraud prevention systems, and educational safety resources.

Background

Started as a psychology student who hung out too often with computer science students. Started consulting on their hackathons, fell in love with crafting user experience.

Did a masters in usability engineering and taught myself visual design and frontend development. Worked across different markets and company stages, from early-stage startups in Nigeria to established tech companies in Germany.

Outside Work

When I'm not designing, you'll find me exploring new restaurants, reading about behavioural economics, or tinkering with side projects.
