Designed a comprehensive safety education hub for marketplace users, creating educational resources, safety guidelines, and interactive learning modules to promote safe trading practices.
Context
Marketplaces face challenges with user safety, fraud, and trust issues. The Safety Centre was designed as a centralised hub where users can learn about safe trading practices, understand platform policies, and access resources to protect themselves from scams and fraudulent activities. The goal was to create an accessible, educational resource that empowers users with knowledge and tools to buy and sell safely while building trust in the marketplace ecosystem.
